I have been working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the past year. I have been working primarily with children, teens, and young adults who have Autism. Prior to becoming a BCBA, I worked as a paraprofessional and behavior technician in school based and in-home/in-center services for 4 years. I graduated in 2019 from Salisbury University with my bachelor's in Psychology, and I received my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021. I have experience with diagnoses including autism, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, and developmental delays. My primary focus as a BCBA is natural environment teaching with a client-led approach.

Gina Santoriello, MA, BCBA, LBA-NJ

I graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 2023 with my Master's degree in Behavior Analysis. Over the years, l've had the privilege of working with individuals ages 2 through 22 in a wide range of settings, including residential facilities, homes, community programs, centers, and most recently, schools. I am especially passionate about natural environment training, child-led therapies, and prioritizing compassion over compliance to create meaningful and supportive learning experiences. My goal is always to foster growth in a way that honors each child's strengths, individuality, and voice. I am excited to be part of the team at Marking Milestones and look forward to supporting children and families as they work toward their goals!

Gabriella Aguiar, Office Manager

It's been my pleasure to work in medical administration for 10 years. My journey started as a physical therapist aide, and grew into an administrative role, granting me the opportunity to learn so much about office management and guest experience. This past year, after becoming a mom to an amazing little boy, it was time for a change. Luckily, I found Marking Milestones- where coming to work everyday is exciting! I found a new passion in ABA therapy and am eager to learn all that I can. I love building relationships with every client, seeing their smiling faces, and coordinating fun activities for the children to learn through. I'm grateful that my experience in office management, paired with my genuine passion for this field, aligned to support our team goals at Marking Milestones!
